Hardware diagnostics on a test bench are absolutely free in any case. Even if you decide that the repair is impractical, we will reassemble the equipment and return it to you without invoicing for diagnostic work.
An engineer can visit upon a pre-approved request to conduct initial diagnostics and dismantle the faulty unit, and after the repair — to install, connect, and commission it on the machine.
Yes, we work both with VAT (20%) and without it (Simplified Tax System) — terms depend on your corporate entity. Upon completion of the work, we provide a full package of documents: contract, invoice, universal transfer document (UTD), certificate of completion, and a warranty card.
We provide an official warranty of 6 to 12 months on all replaced components and work performed. The duration depends on the type of equipment and its age. The warranty is specified in the contract.
